Elizabeth Fedrick, PhD, Cosmetologist

With a foundation rooted in both psychology and aesthetics, Liz brings a unique and integrative perspective to The Lift Collective Med Spa. As Co-Founder, she oversees business operations and strategic growth, drawing from over 15 years of experience in the mental health and wellness field and more than two decades as a licensed cosmetologist. Liz was previously the founder of a successful group therapy practice, which she built and later sold, giving her a deep understanding of both client care and scalable business development.

Liz’s approach is grounded in the belief that true confidence is built from both internal and external alignment. Her background in psychology, combined with her experience in the aesthetic space, reflects her passion for helping others feel their best… both inside and out!
